Technical Leadership Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and specifications.
Performance Optimization Troubleshooting: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and conduct performance and security vulnerability tests to ensure system robustness.

Java Ecosystem:
