Solution Architect – Azure Cloud & Full Stack Architecture

Location: Pune Experience: 10–15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Full Stack Architecture, Python, React, Microservices, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and governing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native solutions while providing technical leadership across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design

• Architect end-to-end cloud solutions spanning frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and Azure infrastructure.
• Define reference architectures, design standards, and integration patterns for cloud-native and microservices-based systems.
• Drive architectural decisions focusing on scalability, resilience, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical validations, and design walkthroughs.

Full Stack Architecture

• Design and lead full-stack applications using React for frontend and Python/FastAPI for backend services.
• Define API strategies using REST and GraphQL.
• Design service orchestration and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure adherence to DDD, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and modern software engineering practices.

Azure Cloud Architecture

• Design and govern solutions utilizing:
  • Azure App Services
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Storage (Blob, Queue, Table)
  • Event Hub and Service Bus
  • Azure Key Vault
  • VNet Integrations
• Implement cloud governance, security, networking, compliance, and cost-optimization strategies.

DevOps & Engineering Excellence

• Promote CI/CD best practices and automated quality gates.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform or Bicep.
• Ensure system observability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
• Support release management and cloud automation initiatives.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in planning, estimations, technical risk assessment, and mitigation activities.

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4+ years in Solution Architecture / Cloud Architecture roles.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale applications on Azure.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles and cloud-native design patterns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Other relevant Azure Cloud Certifications
