We are hiring a hands-on Technical Architect with strong expertise in Data Engineering and/or BI Visualization . The role involves designing scalable data solutions, guiding teams, and delivering high-performance analytics platforms aligned to business needs.
Requirements Must-Have Requirements (Critical)
- 6+ years in Data Analytics / BI domain
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, SQL, Python/PySpark)
- Expertise in at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik / Looker)
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with Data Warehousing (Snowflake / Redshift / BigQuery)
- Proven experience in solution design / architecture (end-to-end data pipelines)
- Ability to work in client-facing roles
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion transformation visualization)
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures
Data Engineering
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
- Work with large-scale structured & unstructured data
- Ensure data quality, performance, and governance
Data Visualization
- Design enterprise dashboards and data models
- Translate business needs into analytics solutions
Technical Leadership
- Guide developers, conduct reviews, enforce standards
- Mentor team members and drive best practices
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with clients, run requirement workshops
- Provide estimations and solution approaches
Technical Skills
Data Engineering: Python / PySpark / SQL, ETL tools
Cloud & DWH: AWS / Azure / GCP, Snowflake / Redshift / BigQuery
BI Tools: Power BI / Tableau / Qlik / Looker
Others (Good to Have): Data Modeling, APIs, CI/CD, Git, Agile
Education
Bachelor/ Masterin Computer Science, IT, or related field
