Technical Architect

We are looking for a skilled Senior Network Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of technical fundamentals and good knowledge of database and internet protocols.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and manage network support teams of 5-10 engineers.
• Handle user interactions and resolve problems professionally and promptly.
• Interact with multiple department stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with users through professional and dependable interactions.
• Provide application solutions to customers, addressing mission-critical issues beyond office hours if necessary.
• Travel to customer sites for high-profile issue resolution when required.

Job Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic tools such as trace route, ping, and other cost-effective products for internet monitoring.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting various packages on Linux OS and Microsoft OS.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools using open-source software and COTS products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing mission-critical issues beyond office hours.
• B.Tech / B.E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 5 years of IT experience.
• Any Graduate having 8 years of IT experience with Network certification.
