Job Title: Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Solution Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our technology products and services, focusing on solution design, certification, documentation, and escalation support. You will act as a technical consultant for complex problem management scenarios, ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable network access control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design secure network access control solutions using industry best practices, tailored to global and local requirements.
Lead solution certification processes including software version validation, testing, and deployment instruction creation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation, configuration guidelines, and deployment templates.
Collaborate with Level 3 support teams to ensure operational readiness through training and creation of knowledge base articles.
Engage in complex problem management and escalation handling to drive client satisfaction and performance improvement metrics.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure alignment with solution architecture and service expectations

Skills and Attributes for Success:

Strong capability in planning, designing, and troubleshooting complex network environments.
Confident decision-making within architecture, strategy, service management, and operations contexts.
Expertise in dealing with third-party vendors in the networking and security domains.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco ISE , including database management and configuration.
Proficiency with 802.1x authentication , including integration with PKI and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) .
Deep understanding of enterprise network environments including support for IoT , and
network access control on Windows and macOS platforms.
Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel .
Strong reporting and data mining skills.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to produce precise and technically sound documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Industry certifications in Security (e.g., Cisco Security , CISSP , CEH ) and/or IT Service Management ( ITIL Foundation ).
Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing secure network infrastructure.
Exposure to new and emerging security technologies.
