Job Description

CashFlow Central is seeking an Architect to define and evolve the technical architecture for solutions that support small businesses. This role works across product and engineering teams to shape scalable, secure, and maintainable systems that align with business priorities and delivery needs. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can turn complex requirements into clear architectural direction, reduce ambiguity, and help teams make sound design decisions.

This is not primarily an implementation-focused role. While hands-on technical depth is important, this person is expected to lead architecture strategy, establish design standards, guide teams through complex technical decisions, and ensure solutions are built with long-term reliability, security, and operability in mind.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Azure, .NET, and C#
• Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture
• Ability to lead technical decisions across multiple teams
• Strong knowledge of security, reliability, and cloud architecture
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kafka, Snowflake, AI tools, financial services/payments, and architecture governance.
