Power Platform Program Lead \/ Architect (Offshore) - E6
Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Power Platform program, including governance, migration, CoE enablement, and net-new automation initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder solutions.
• Lead solution architecture, governance implementation, migration strategy, solution reviews, and technical quality assurance.
• Drive program planning, milestone execution, delivery governance, risk and dependency management, and issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor both onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment to program objectives, standards, and timelines.
• Act as the primary delivery lead for stakeholder communications, including status reporting, risks, issues, mitigations, and executive updates.
• Establish and promote reusable patterns, development standards, governance controls, and best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem. Skills Experience
  • 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
  • Experience with Power Platform ALM, Solutions, Power Platform CLI (pac CLI), PowerShell, CI\/CD concepts, and deployment automation.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, CoE implementation, DLP, connector governance, environment strategy, and citizen developer enablement.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform programs, governance initiatives, migration programs, and distributed delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
