Skills we require
- excellent people management skills - communication, teamwork, and leadership
- deep (hands-on) knowledge in software development process is a must - excellent understanding of software development and project management fundamentals is required
- should have done substantial amount of software development, testing and design work
- willingness and ability to participate in technical designs and code reviews is very welcome
- good business sense and strong analytical skills are required
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent English
