Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Reporting Support
Lead the technical design and maintenance of regulatory reporting frameworks.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to meet regulatory requirements (BCBS 239, Basel III, etc.).
Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to interpret regulatory requirements.
Project Implementation
Drive end-to-end implementation of regulatory technology projects.
Oversee system integrations, data pipelines, and architecture improvements.
Manage vendor and internal technical resources during implementation phases.
Technical Leadership
Provide guidance to developers and data engineers on solution design and delivery.
Lead code reviews, technical quality assurance, and production readiness assessments.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy, and security policies.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a technical SME in cross-functional discussions with business and risk stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
