Your Role
- Tech Support role to address customer queries ( Technical queries related to integrating SMS / Voice Email APIs into third party applications ) and Issues / customer queries with respect to debugging SMS delivery issues.
- Candidate is expected to have a thorough work experience in PHP MYSQL UNIX.
- Knowledge on SMPP Gateways ( Kannel / Jasmin SMPP ) and prior working experience in a messaging (sms gateway company ) would be a plus point
