Tech-Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech-Support professional to join our team at Vikas Mantra Public School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Provide technical assistance and support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Develop and implement procedures for technical support and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure.
• Train and guide students on the use of technology and software applications.
