Tech Mahindra is hiring for international voice process-Inbound calls at Pune location.
Role & responsibilities
- Resolving billing issues using query solving techniques and providing clear and concise information.
- Answering questions about billing or services.
- Manage International inbound customer calls with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
- Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Preferred candidate profile:
With minimum of 1 Year of experience in international voice process along with inbound calls.
Perks and benefits:
SALARY - 3.5 TP 5 LPA (please note, we can offer on the basis of your last/current CTC)
SHIFTS- US ROTAIONAL SHIFTS
WEEK OFF - 2 ROTAIONAL WEEK OFFS
