- Responsibilities.
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Utilize Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud for seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with AMPscript and Journey Builder.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud.
- Preferred Skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (eg, GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus.
- Qualifications.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
