We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead .NET Core with 10 to 15 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using dot net technologies. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in MS SQL Server and a strong understanding of front-end technologies. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using dot net technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core).
Architect, implement, and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including creating tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex T-SQL queries/procedures for performance and reliability.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through the implementation of constraints, indexes, and best practices in database design.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between client-side and server-side components.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and UI/UX teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Manage source control using tools like GIT, SVN, or TFS, and support deployment activities while troubleshooting production issues as needed.

Job Requirements

Advanced expertise in MS SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with Entity Framework and knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deploying scalable web applications.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, and containerization.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching mechanisms.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
