Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in the MEAN/MERN stack to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to mentor and guide development teams while driving best practices and innovation.

Time to join Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Angular/React (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Drive system design discussions, code reviews, and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across platforms.
- Oversee database design and management (MySQL mandatory; MongoDB/PostgreSQL/Redis as a plus).
- Ensure adoption of TypeScript for scalable and maintainable development.
- Lead CI/CD implementation, code versioning (Git), and deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product and team efficiency.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong full stack expertise.
- Proven experience leading development teams as a Tech Lead or similar role.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Angular/React and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in MySQL (mandatory); experience with MongoDB/PostgreSQL/Redis is a plus.
- Expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of OOP, system design, and design patterns.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
