What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, offering technical mentorship and support.
Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of software solutions to meet business needs.
Coordinate with multiple units to define project objectives and craft original solutions.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, resources, and risks.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to guidelines and coding standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Provide technical leadership and direction in the planning and execution of complex projects.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
Proven expertise in leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
