Tech Lead

4-9 years of hands on programming experience in two or more of the following: SQL / MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL, PHP applications, Using PHP Frameworks such as Code Igniter, Yii and CakePHP,Web Services and API development using REST or SOAP, JSON, Front End technologies like HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript Upfront Technical architecture, high level design & reviews Prepare list of applicable standards and compliance requirements for Product / System and ensure it is taken care in Designs. Work closely with our developing team made up of strong PHP Developers to build and create new websites and adserver platforms. Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects. Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project. Planning and allocating work to the team. Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance/support to project teams. Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development of existing and new team members. Hands on experience in code versioning Mobile development experience is a big plus Extensive experience with a cloud based platform, ideally Amazon Web Services but any other major provider (e.g. Rackspace, Inmotion, Azure) will be considered.
