Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Plan and drive customer engagement for identified partners

The role entails to support the partners in day to day operations and ensuring marketing compliance and service deliverables are processed within the given time lines and enable tracking & reporting of business KPIs for the partnership team

Develop sales and marketing plans and support implementation for the same for assigned partnerships

Create monthly online and offline activities for engagement with partners and end customers to grow Axis MF brand on the partnership platforms and create superior consideration for Axis MF products amongst end customers

JOB ROLE :

1. Partner platform communication

a. Managing platforms like Fisdom and Invezta

i. Creating online and offline communication plans for intermediaries and end customers

ii. Hosting branded content on platform post approval from client

iii. Aiding the team to create branded content

iv. Promoting content on the platforms

b. Creating upsell and cross sell opportunities on Partner Platforms

c. Arrange training and skill enhancement needs for Partner employees and feet on street

d. Customer operations

i. Liaise with the customer service, operations and Karvy teams to ensure that Axis MF consumers have best experience

ii. Ensure that there are no operational breaches in terms of TATs for unit allocation, redemption requests etc.

iii. Ensure legal and compliance requirements for partner onboarding or new business set up is closed within timelines

2. MIS and reporting

a. Create Weekly dashboard for the business

b. Work on adhoc MIS requirements to support the team

c. Create reports for management reviews

d. Track health of business - persistency etc for partners business

3. Billing and payouts

a. Monitor with brokerage and finance team payouts for partners

b. Maintain reports for the same

c. Ensure compliance in billing and reporting

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduate / Post graduate with 2-4 years of experience

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Worked in an B2B relationship role before - understands key metrics and operations that impact relationship

Comfortable with modern fintech platforms

Worked in maintaining and reporting business MIS

OTHER REQUIREMENT

Marketing or MIS certification will be an advantage

Experience of working in Digital or Fintech environment will be an advantage

Experience in working with and managing multiple stakeholders.
