Purpose of the Role:

1.Analysis and control the manufacturing functions ofChemical Lab section to produce and supply components of superior quality andquantity at minimum cost and in committed time schedule to meet themanufacturing function objectives

2.Ensure execution of Process solution Control for anodizing Bath, examination of the output characteristics of process, control of Chemicals stock and Newchemicals requirements, ensuring DM water Plant and Distillation watergeneration.

Responsibilities Accountabilities:

Continuously Monitor production processes andidentifying/ driving opportunities/initiatives for improvement

Deploy innovative ideas to reduce cost andimprove productivity and efficiency

Enable customer satisfaction by drivingefficiency in internal processes withinmachine shop

Forecast the capacity enhancement plan of theInternal chemicals stock

Ensure Bath Analysis solution matrix planrespective bath solution ,test panel send to Outsource

Perform Monthly Periodic test as per work instruction

Ensure Chemical Analysis Reagents and BathChemicals stock to be maintain Minimum Batch Qty

Ensure Bath Analysis Result Beyond the specLimits add the chemicals with respective Station (Tank).

Ensure Double Distillation water DM waterGeneration Enter Log sheet

Ensure Daily Water Analysis (pH,TDS)

Plan and promote continuous improvements inmaterial, machine utilization and process to improve department individual productivity, and quality of the product

Facilitate continuous learning and skillingacross the section on essential functional and behavioural competencies

An Every month one KAIZEN to be Implemented .

Ensure shopfloor 5S to be maintained
