• Manage job postings, resumes, and other recruitment materials.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 5years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, andtechnologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with international teams or clients is anadvantage.
