Job Title: Team Leader Sales | Asha Home Loans

About the Role

Asha Home Loans is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Team Leader Sales to lead a high-performing sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, expanding the customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the home loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize home loan disbursements.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate developers, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 36 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Service.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of home loan products, credit processes, and local market dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools is an advantage.
