Job Responsibilities :

Accept functional and system requirements for development from the Business Analysis team. To plan and prioritise these developments within the development team to deliver tested solutions to agreed timescales.
Monitor and encourage developers to ensure that individuals perform well, solutions meet design and quality standards, and the team as a whole meets timescales.
Assist in the resolution of issues and blockages which threaten delivery timescales.
Undertake technical design for functional specifications from Business Analysts.
Software coding and unit testing in line with technical design and functional specification.
Work on Revenue Oppurnity Assessments.
Team management .
