Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of Tele Sales, drive productivity, ensure quality standards, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong people-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate, and guide a team of Tele Sales.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Track key performance indicators such as AHT, Quality, and Productivity.
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues effectively.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, HR, and Operations teams.
- Support new-joiner onboarding, training, and on-the-job coaching.
- Maintain team discipline, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and client requirements.
- Drive employee retention and reduce attrition within the team.
- Eligibility & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Good leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
