Team Leader

Principal Duties / Responsibilities

• Key representative for operational forums/projects
• Lead for key process improvement initiatives and identifying process wastes
• Analyse team performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve overall operational performance
• Conduct onboarding interviews
• Responsible for managing available resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency
• Drive team performance
• Manager SLAs on Accuracy, TAT, productivity
• Maintain day-to-day stakeholder interaction and develop relationship
• Create development plan for the team
• Goal setting for the team
• Drive a culture of adherence to company standards and SOPs
• Conduct performance management
• Highlight exceptions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.

Behaviors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to quickly determine critical issues.
