Team Leader- Groups/MICE

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with 9 to 10 years of experience to lead our Groups/MICE team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team handling and tours handling, with excellent communication skills.

• Understand client requirements and modification instructions to provide prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals to build strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Act as a bridge between the Client and Operations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Handle corporate clients and sustain existing clients through good relations and effective communication.
• Manage tours (Corporate, Groups) and handle all MICE tours from start to end, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.

• Energetic team leader with a high level of adaptability and enthusiasm, capable of motivating and developing individuals and teams.
• Possess good judgment and decision-making capabilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of international and domestic destinations, with a focus on corporate and group travel.
• Have experience in handling corporate, especially Groups/MICE Relationship building with corporate clients.
• Exhibit staff management skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals and teams.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and results.
