Team Leader For MA-CD Collection

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and collections, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the collection team to achieve daily targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
