• Extensive experience in US Healthcare with 6+ years as a Leader in Operations with relevant experience and exposure in Charge entry\/Billing, Posting, etc.
• Should have experience in transitioning project and building the SOP.
• Knowledge in multiple client systems and clearing house.
• Good knowledge of Excel, power point and reporting.
• Need to be flexible and ready to work based on business requirement.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
• Displays a High Level of Integrity and Maturity
• Displays high level of People Management practice.
• Proven participation on Improvements Project

Education and experience :

• Any Graduate \/ Postgraduate
• 5 to 8 years of revenue cycle service delivery management experience
• Experience working in Complete End to End RCM
• Leadership experience leading 15+ individuals
