Job Summary
The Team Leader / Assistant Deputy Manager - Delivery Excellence is responsible for driving Quality, Governance, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across business units. The role partners with Operations and support functions to improve quality, productivity, compliance, customer satisfaction and business performance through structured governance, Lean methodologies and data-driven decision making.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and sustain Quality Frameworks across assigned business units.
- Define quality standards, audit methodologies and governance mechanisms.
- Conduct process quality audits, transaction audits and governance reviews.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, customer requirements and compliance standards.
- Analyse quality trends and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead governance reviews with Operations and Leadership teams.
- Develop governance dashboards and management reports.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto techniques.
- Standardize processes and implement best practices across rojects.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and operational performance metrics.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Partner with Operations, Training, MIS and Automation teams.
- Drive automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Support customer governance meetings and executive business reviews.
- Coach and mentor teams on Quality and Operational Excellence practices.
- Support internal, external and customer audits.
- Prepare executive reports and present improvement recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
- MBA (Operations/Quality) preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 6 years of relevant Quality, Process Excellence or Operational Excellence experience.
