Ensure that activities are within TAT. To coordinate with warehouse team for timely completion. Client interaction & regular reporting to the client during the process. Ensure Ensure post the process that forms are kept in designated locations. Indexing, Xeroxing correctly done. Attendance Management and work allocation in case of absenteeism. Manage team morale and motivate them to give their best to the organization. Ensure that the team adheres to the work ethics of the organization.
