Team Lead Scanning

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure that scanning activities are within TAT. Ensure that all scanners are used to their full productivity potential as specified by the organization. Plan periodic maintenance of scanners to minimize downtime. Ensure that scanning are in quality is in line with client specification. Ensure proper implementation of forms management such that all forms in the process are appropriately tagged. Ensure that the work area is maintained in a manner such that there are no forms lying scattered which are not accounted for. Providing necessary and timely data to the group lead for all organizational MIS. Attendance Management and work allocation in case of absenteeism. Manage team morale and motivate them to give their best to the organization. Ensure that the team adheres to the work ethics of the organization. Qualities in the candidate People Management Ownership Awareness of scanners to be an added advantage.
