Job Title: Team Leader Interior Industry
Job Summary
We’re looking for a handson Team Leader to guide a team of interior sales and assistants on Residential fitout projects. You’ll oversee daily workflow, ensure sales quality, and act as the main point of contact between clients, and the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-7 Sales team members, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept through handover.
- Review Client, material selections, and ensure compliance with client specs and building codes.
- Coordinate with site Client, vendors, and external consultants.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
Requirements
- 6+years interior Sales or fitout experience, with at least 4year in a Leader role.
- Strong portfolio showing completed commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.Role & responsibilities
