Team Lead Recruitment & Account Management

4to 7 years in recruitment/staffing, preferably with experience handling both recruiters and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
• Allocate requirements and monitor daily/weekly team performance.
• Manage key client accounts and act as the primary SPOC.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Ensure timely submission of quality candidates and closure of positions.
• Track recruitment TAT, submissions, interviews, selections, and closures.
• Conduct regular client calls and provide hiring updates.
• Handle client escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Identify new requirements and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Review recruiter performance and provide coaching wherever required.
• Prepare and maintain MIS/recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with the business development team for smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Ensure excellent candidate and client experience.
