Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all work happens within the timelines specified by the client/organization.
• Co- ordination with distributor and FOS team to maintain timelines while adhering to quality parameters.
• Ensure the FOS properly packages the forms to avoid any loss in transit.
• Recruitment of new staff as and when required either directly or in co- ordination with the HR team.
• Training of the new staff to ensure that they are able to at the earliest able to deliver to desired level.
• Conduct L1 Audit, such that rejections at L2 audit are minimal.
• Providing necessary and timely data to the group lead for all organizational MIS.
• Attendance Management and work allocation in case of absenteeism.
• Manage team morale and motivate them to give their best to the organization.
• Ensure that the team adheres to the work ethics of the organization.
