Team Lead - Legal HR

Role & responsibilities

• Handle HR legal issues, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with the Legal team on notices, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, agreements, and HR policy documents.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR governance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all legalHR cases.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Legal, compliance, and contract drafting.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR processes, and documentation.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism.
