Must have skills

Strong proficiency of ArcGIS JavaScript API
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Good working experience of WebApp Builder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Server Object Extensions and SQL Server
Good working experience with ADO.NET and .NET web services
Experience in Responsive web application interface implementation
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software

Other Skills Needed

Good verbal and written communication skills
Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
Analyze and estimate the tasks
Guide the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitLab, TFS
Experience of React.js and its core principles along with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) will be an advantage
