Position Objectives

To ensure that all activities under the manual activity scope are done within specified TAT.
Manage team and team morale to ensure high productivity levels.
To plan and execute according to work load and client specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure that all manual activities are within TAT.
Ensure that there is proper hand over of forms between processes whether within manual or otherwise.
Ensure that all manual team match the productivity standards specified in the organization through periodic training and guidance.
Ensure proper implementation of forms management such that all forms in the process are appropriately tagged.
Ensure that the work area is maintained in a manner such that there are no forms lying scattered which are not accounted for.
Providing necessary and timely data to the group lead for all organizational MIS.
Attendance Management and work allocation in case of absenteeism.
Manage team morale and motivate them to give their best to the organization.
Ensure that the team adheres to the work ethics of the organization.
