Team Lead

• As a Mechanical Development Team Lead, you will lead a team of 3-10 engineers for the development of mechanical/mechatronic systems and/or associated tooling

• Align with your multi-disciplinary Project Lead to meet quality, schedule and cost constraint
• Ensure the design achieves a trouble-free product lifecycle via optimized configuration management, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, operation and customer service

For doing your work you can rely on:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or similar
• 5+ years of overall experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience guiding a team working on complex mechanical/mechatronic design or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language both written and oral
• Mechanical design exposure to kinematics, dynamics, material properties and behaviour
• Experience with 3D solid modelling for design conceptualization and realization
• Basic Experience with Mechanical analytical techniques, including first principle engineering equations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) (e.g. stress, strain, deformation,
• Demonstrated ability to derive conclusions from analysis and make practical
• Prior experience leading teams and planning for deliverables
• Strong technical writing, communication and presentations skills
• Experience in electrical infrastructure and sheet metal 3D CAD design
