• Responsible for handling the team across cities and ensuring them adhere to the Standard operational
• Responsible for conducting training programs to the internal teams to keep the team well versed with the latest industry
• Responsible for being bridge between the Central and City teams to handle and ensure a smooth ops process and connecting with the internal IT Teams for a better version of App and Website features for the business
• Responsible for publishing the roaster and aligning with the team to run the daily operations

• Graduation/MLT(BSc.)/DMLT
• Self-driven motivated with quick decision-making and analytical skills
• Astute Observation, proactive.

• Proven leadership and team-building skills, coupled with the ability to direct teams in managing customer relationships and providing
