Team Lead

At Koo, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic Team Lead who will be able to join us immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture by delegating work to the teammates and setting up goals
• Frequently evaluate performance of the teammates through help of Quality Analyst. Review work done by the teammates, give constructive feedback, monitor their progress.
• Identify process and product enhancement opportunities, new usecases, execute effective ways to improve the existing processes through suggestions on automations.
• Closely work with Ops Head, to understand and comply the moderations tasks with the community guidelines.
• Track team performance, slice and dice the data of moderators and community moderation activities. Submit relevant reports regularly to the higher management.
• Conduct team meetings. Take feedback from teammates and create a positive environment within the team to ensure strong team bonding and learning opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adapt to the speed and be flexible to work in a high paced startup environment
• Should have led team size of 10 or more in the past.
• Knowledge of social media products and prior experience in content moderation field would be a plus.
• Ability to view big picture and bring in innovation and order in work.
• Should be proficient with ms excel, ppt, basic knowledge of sql.
