Brief about the Team
The Hospital Warehouse Lead Associate is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within a healthcare setting. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely distribution of medical supplies, and compliance with hospital standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibility
1. Training Design Development
Develop structured training modules for hospital supply chain processes
Create SOP-based training content for procurement, inventory, and distribution
Design onboarding and refresher training programs
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for warehouse staff, procurement teams, and store managers
Deliver training on WMS systems, inventory tools, and hospital compliance standards
Facilitate workshops, simulations, and case-based learning
3. Process Compliance Training
Train staff on hospital supply chain protocols and safety standards
Ensure adherence to inventory control practices like FIFO/FEFO
Educate teams on cold chain management and critical medical supplies handling
4. Performance Improvement
Assess training needs through performance analysis and audits
Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness
Provide coaching and feedback to improve operational efficiency
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain heads, hospital administrators, and HR
Align training programs with organisational goals and operational needs
6. Documentation Reporting
Maintain training records, attendance, and certifications
Prepare training reports and dashboards
Update training materials based on process changes
Strong knowledge of hospital supply chain operations
Training facilitation skills
Understanding of healthcare compliance
Communication and presentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Bachelor?s degree in Pharmacy, or related field
Certification in Training/LD (preferred)
2-4 years in hospital supply chain/warehouse/procurement
Minimum 1?2 years of experience in training or LD role
Prior experience in leading a team or managing multi-location training programs
