Team Lead-Delivery/Domestic Staffing

Role: Team Lead- Delivery (IT Recruitment)

Shift: 9.00 AM-6.00 PM (5 days On-site)

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of team handling and delivery management with experience in semiconductor/Engineering hiring.
• Strong understanding of MSP and IT roles, tools, and skillsets (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Verilog, System Verilog).
• Proven ability to close niche, senior, and urgent positions in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience hiring for global semiconductor clients or large design centers.
• Knowledge of fab operations, packaging/testing roles, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong networking with VLSI engineering communities and universities.
