As a Bank Reconciliation Team Leader at Payoneer, you will lead a team of bank reconciliation analysts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and

What Youll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reconciliation Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Provide oversight and governance of daily reconciliation activities, ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
Define priorities, set performance objectives, and monitor key operational metrics to ensure process effectiveness and timely issue resolution
Act as the central point of coordination between the reconciliation team and cross-functional stakeholders
Assess and enhance reconciliation frameworks, ensuring strong controls and clear accountability across systems and processes
Collaborate with the Reconciliation Manager and Finance leadership to develop, implement, and maintain robust policies, SOPs, and control documentation
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting operations, or banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Deep understanding of financial control frameworks, reconciliation governance, and compliance standards
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
Proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP or reconciliation systems (eg SAP, Oracle, BlackLine)
Language skills: Fluency in English
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
