Team Lead – VTM

Position Objectives

• To ensure that proper planning and execution of VTM activity.
• To interact with client during the process and manage the process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that activities are within TAT.
• To coordinate with warehouse team for timely completion.
• Client interaction & regular reporting to the client during the process.
• Ensure
• Ensure post the process that forms are kept in designated locations. Indexing, Xeroxing correctly done.
• Attendance Management and work allocation in case of absenteeism.
• Manage team morale and motivate them to give their best to the organization.
• Ensure that the team adheres to the work ethics of the organization.
