JD -
We are looking for a Java Spring Boot Technical Lead to support and enhance enterprise applications with a strong focus on service management, production support, and incident resolution. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, effective troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of AWS and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
- Perform L3 support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes
- Work within ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively, including legacy systems
- Use GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency while maintaining code quality
- Support and manage applications deployed on AWS
- Collaborate with Dev, Support, and Infra teams and guide junior developers
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Microservices
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
- Experience in production support, triage, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Copilot
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
- ITIL and/or AWS certifications
- Experience in enterprise or legacy application support
