About the Job :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Java Architect to join our technology team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS, with expertise in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands-on development capabilities, and the ability to guide teams in building robust and high-performing applications. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Lead technical architecture discussions and provide guidance on application design, frameworks, and technology decisions.

- Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Java 8, and J2EE technologies.

- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust microservices-based architectures.

- Work closely with front-end teams and contribute to UI integration using ReactJS.

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and architectural principles.

- Participate in application performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and provide technical leadership.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and business users to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

- Work with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and release processes.

- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards.

Required Skills & Competencies (Must-Have) :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development and architecture.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Java 8 concepts.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with ReactJS for front-end integration and development.

- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end development and UI integration.

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Technical Skills Required :

- Backend Technologies : Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Java 8, Microservices

- Frontend Technologies : ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Angular (preferred)

- Build & Collaboration Tools : Maven, GitHub, JIRA

- DevOps Exposure : CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to Angular and modern front-end frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Understanding of cloud-based deployments and DevOps methodologies.

- Experience in performance optimization and application scalability.
