Job Role : Change Management
Location: Noida
Experience: 6-12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Change Management process in line with ITIL standards.
• Review, assess, and coordinate Normal, Standard, and Emergency Changes.
• Conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper approvals.
• Evaluate change risks, impacts, dependencies, and implementation plans.
• Ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to business services.
• Monitor and report change success rates, compliance, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Change Management processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, audit records, and change schedules.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in IT Service Management or Change Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes and best practices.
• Experience managing enterprise-level change requests and CAB activities.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, change impact analysis, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
