• Leading the design and implementation of scalable, cloud based contact center solutions using Twilio flex communication APIs(Voice, messaging, chat )
• Collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align contact center capabilities with business goals and customer experience improvements
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Twilio flex deployments including integrations with CRMs, ticketing systems and other third-party platforms
• Manage and optimize real time and historical contact center analytics ensuring KPIs and tracked and improved continuously
• Drive initiative including intelligent IVR, chatbots and workflows using Twilio studio
• Mentor Junior developers and technical stakeholders in Twilio platform capabilities APIs and best practices for contact center development
• Server as subject matter expert on omnichannel customer engagement strategies supporting voice, SMS, Email and webchat channels.
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their business needs, translate them into technical requirement and deliver tailored Twilio based contact center solutions
• Stay up to date with latest in CPaas Technologies, AI integration and emerging customer engagement trends to keep Twilio solutions cutting edge.
