TCS hiring for Network Juniper & Aruba

Location: Bangalore

experience: 6 + years

Must Have:

• 1. Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi Infrastructure
• Manage and troubleshoot Networking equipment including Juniper Switches(EX Series and above) and Routers, and HPE Switches
• 2. Configure and maintain Fortinet SDWAN (WAN and Firewall) Solutions
• Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust security measures
• 3. Knowledge in Aruba Wireless
• 4. Collaborate with team to manage workloads efficiently
• Act as a supplementary resource to offload operational network support tasks
• 5. Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the environment
• 6. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs
• 7. Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating run books, SOPs etc.
• 8. Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.)
• 9. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills as the candidate needs to work with Architects, Service Owners, Business Leaders and other technical teams
• 10. Should be a team player and have ability to train L2 and L1 resources
• 11. Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management (ITIL)
