Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using PySpark

Work with large-scale datasets in distributed environments (Hadoop/Spark)

Build optimized, reusable, and scalable data processing workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Analysts, and Architects

Debug, tune, and optimize Spark jobs for performance

Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python programming

Expertise in PySpark / Apache Spark

Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, HDFS)

Good understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts

Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

Knowledge of data modelling and performance tuning
