Job Description
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters responsible to meet our daily recruitment needs. Primary responsibility is to find the right candidate for a particular job description.

- Handling the end to end recruitment cycle.
- Interacting with the resource managers and business heads for getting requirement clarity and providing updates in weekly/daily meeting
- Extensive experience in sourcing from different portals - LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.
- Manage the whole interview process.
- Negotiating the salary and Notice period of the candidates
- Documents Collection.
- Post offer candidate engagement and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with extended HR Teams
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
